How this works
You get the scope in writing before you pay. It says what I am delivering and by when, and it says plainly what I do not control. Two rounds of revision are included. If something is missing or does not match the scope, I fix it at no charge and it does not count as a round.
Writing starts with one page, not a retainer. Practice support starts with an audit of your practice's processes.
Ongoing work runs month to month after the first two. Either of us can stop at the end of any month, no notice period and no exit fee.
I reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.
Nothing here commits you to anything. If I am not the right fit I will say so, and where I can I will point you somewhere better.
