How this works
You get the scope in writing before you pay. It says what I’m delivering and by when, and it says plainly what I don’t control. Two rounds of revision are included. If something is missing or doesn’t match the scope, I fix it at no charge and it doesn’t count as a round.
Writing can start with a page before a retainer. Practice support starts with an audit of your practice’s processes.
Ongoing work runs month to month after the first two. Either of us can stop at the end of any month with no notice period and no exit fee.
I reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.
